Nate is a husband to Jill, a father of Brealle, Jacob, Daesha, Clarris, and Joseph, and is an Osteopractic physiotherapist and a performance strength coach. A 20-year veteran of the US Army, he has a passion for maintaining the individual’s body to always be ready for the challenges of physical activity. Nate has treated American and international soldiers, from basic trainees and cadets to the elite Rangers and Special Forces. He delivers injury prevention, human performance optimization, and holistic rehabilitation for those that want to achieve their full physical potential and maintain active lifestyles.

Nate is a well-known speaker and educator, teaches continuing education and university courses monthly, and has published several peer-reviewed articles. He and Jill hold CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer Certificates, CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer Certificates, POSE Running Method Certificates, and are active in the Colorado Springs fitness and outdoor recreational community with their five children and son-in-law.


Dr. Chris O’neal

PT, DPT, TPI, CMFA


Dr. Chris O’Neal is from Jacksonville, FL and grew up in a military family (Go Navy!). He is married to his wife, Michelle, who also works in healthcare as a pediatric hand therapist.

Dr. Chris competed in football at the collegiate and professional level and is a loyal college football fan (Go Noles!). He spent 10 years as a personal trainer. His background in sports and experience with three knee surgeries fueled his passion to become a physical therapist. Now he incorporates exercise, manual therapy, and skill drills with his treatments to ensure patients optimize their abilities and become more resilient in the activities they love to do.

Dr. Chris is an avid golfer and specializes working with recreational and professional golfers. He is also a member of the USA Weightlifting Sports Medicine team and enjoys working with competitive weightlifters. Lastly, Chris serves as a Delegate for the Colorado Physical Therapy Association, advocating for rights of physical therapists and their patients.

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their puppy, Evy, all things golf, snowboarding, and playing pickleball.
